Free Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders that meet the following thresholds — no discount code required:
- €70 and above
- £70 and above
- $75 USD and above
- $85 AUD and above
Standard Shipping
Orders below the free shipping threshold are charged a flat rate of €4,95.
Processing & Delivery
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days worldwide.
Please note that delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance or carrier circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
