Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must meet the conditions below.
Return Conditions
All returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from signs of use, perfume, or deodorant
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items — all sale purchases are final
- Swimwear and underwear — excluded for hygiene reasons
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held liable for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us before sending your item back.
EU Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers based in the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal of at least 14 days from the date of delivery. This right applies in addition to our 30-day return window.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us within the applicable period at support@essenceactivewear.com. Statutory exceptions apply, including sealed goods unsuitable for return once opened for hygiene reasons.
